Rice & Larpenteur is a neighborhood hub where the cities of Roseville, Maplewood, and Saint Paul meet-up at the intersection of the two county roads.
At the heart of our neighborhood is a bustling commercial node full of retail and service businesses. Tucked right behind and in between our businesses are homes of all types and sizes. Indeed, we are a growing community, home to many young families who appreciate our mix of affordable housing options, local parks (like Lake McCarrons Regional Park!), walkability to shops and restaurants, churches and schools, and easy access to employment centers in surrounding communities.
We are proud of our neighborhood diversity. People from all over the world have made Rice & Larpenteur their home, including a recent population influx of residents from Burma and Nepal.
